Hey guys! I'm Mike. This group is not just for lifeguards, but swimmers and aquatic workers. Now a little about me.

I live in small town Iowa and work at a neighboring town at their aquatic center. I am going to be a senior in HS and have been a lifeguard for about 2 years. I've enjoyed making new friends through it and through competition swimming which I stopped doing 2 years ago when there was nobody to race my age. Anyway, that's me. i used to be Lifeguard in cyprus for three summers .....

it was times that i can forget the people ive rescue,,,the feelings you have after ,,amazing times..gladly all my times as a lifeguard where nice....

Hey everyone,

I just wanted to put a quick note up here about a sweet supervisor job that is available in northern canada (yukon). It pays about $9000 for 3 months (june-august), there is a $1500 moving allowance and accommodations are free. The apartment they provide looks really nice and it is fully furnished. You must be certified in Canada, but since its up north the requirements aren't too steep. If you or anyone you know might be interested, add me to your friends group and send me a personal message. so where do i start iv being a pool guard for da last year in a hotel leisure centre. i absolutly luv it der staff are great craic like and the place is ssooo easy going der is no pressure to have work done oh and i also double up as a gym instructor wen im needed like soooo.. sure if ne on wants to chat about ne thing just shout k
